Counselling/ psychotherapy can help a person develop practical coping strategies, increase awareness of their internal /external resources and enhance their personal insight.

Upon arrival to our office, the receptionist will give you a welcome package that includes; 1 page client information form, a brief questionnaire, and a service agreement (for purposes of consent). You will also be asked to read some information about your rights as a client and the Relationship Boutique Inc. privacy statement.

At Relationship Boutique, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients in accordance with relevant legislation. Client information is strictly confidential.
Relationship Boutique Inc. will not disclose the personal information of our client, with the exception of:

  • Reasonable belief that the client or another party is in imminent danger of serious physical harm
  • A child under the age of 16 that is at risk of or has been abused or neglected
  • If a client’s file is subpoenaed or otherwise served with a court order, summons, or warrant

*Privacy and confidentiality will be discussed at length during your first session.

We do not provide letters to court or other progress/assessment letters
We only provide participants with letters of attendance addressed to them.

Relationship Boutique Inc. is NOT able to provide childcare or child supervision services for counselling sessions. However child care will be available (extra fee applied) for seminars.
